TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Retreat Price & Payment

• The Retreat Price is based upon a minimum number of full-paying attendees.

• Payments more than 7 days late will incur a one-time 10% late fee unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

• Full payment must be received at least 60 days before the retreat start date to secure participation.

General Payment Procedures

• A completed Registration Form and all deposits must be submitted at the time of Registration.

• Only one registrant per form. Your canceled check or credit card receipt is your proof of payment.

• There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Refunds & Cancellations

• ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

• If you cancel but find a replacement, your payment may be transferred to their account. Transfers cannot be made to someone already registered.

• If you cancel and cannot find a replacement, you forfeit all payments.

• In case of a documented medical emergency, Peterman Entertainment may offer a credit towards a future retreat at its sole discretion.

• Peterman Entertainment strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unexpected situations.

  
  

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mediation first. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Responsibility & Liability

• Participants assume full responsibility for their own well-being during the retreat.

• Peterman Entertainment does not own, operate, or control third-party vendors providing lodging, transportation, or restaurants. As such, it is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

  • Illness, medical emergencies, or food poisoning.

  • Travel delays, overbooking, or accommodation issues.

  • Acts of nature, civil unrest, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

• Participants must have their own health insurance and are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Media Release

• By attending the retreat, you agree that your image (photo/video) and statements may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

• Opt-Out Clause: If you do not want your image used, you must notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

• Peterman Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. If this occurs, a full refund will be provided within 90 days.

• Peterman Entertainment is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
